How can I reserve?
Reservation’s procedure :
- We propose some payment facilities in 3x without any fees: 40% of deposit at the booking, 40% of deposit along the preparation and the balance 8 days maximum before the wedding day.
- After the reception of the signed quote and the GTS as well as the account payment, the service begin one time the 14 days of retractation’s deadline goes by. (You have the possibility to renonce to retractation’s deadline in order to begin the preparation without any further delay… the document is sent with the GTS)
Are there add fees?
- Indeed, the mentioned prices are agreed on a single/return perimeter of 100 km from Quimper. Beyond this zone, an extra kilometer package of €0.35 by kilometer will be applied.
- Always according to the venue of reception, accommodation fees will be able asked too.
- These additional fees will to the charge of the newlyweds.
Is there an "à la carte" service?
Our Wedding Planner service propose you too an “à la carte” or personalized organization, according to your budget or your preferences… Contact us as soon as possible to learn more…

How does the agency work for the wedding ceremonies organization?
Actually, it is very simple!
1st phase: After you have contacting us, the agency will give to you an initial complimentary consultation (through phone, Skype or face-to-face). This moment will be very important. It will allow to our officiant to identify your expectations about your wedding ceremony…
2nd phase: The agency propose you a project, according to your defined wishes in phase 1, liable to your validation. Once the project is confirmed and the deposit is payed, the preparation of your wedding ceremony will can then begin.
3rd phase: The agency will send you several questionnaires. The first one, which is speaking of you, your meet, your couple, your projects for the future together will be send immediately up the begin. This questionnaire will be very useful to the agency for the writing of you ceremony. The second one, will be discussed along the preparation and will enter into the technical and/or practical details about the ceremony, this last one will be useful to create the tchnical frame to the organization of your wedding ceremony. It will be also the moment for you to think about the rituals you eventually include and know if you wish to connect the theme of your wedding to the decoration of the venue of ceremony.
4th phase: It’s the D-Day! Setting of, according to your wishes, the decoration on the venue of ceremony (by the agency or by the staff of the venue of reception).
5th phase: Here we are! A few minutes before the beginning if the ceremony, the agency’s team are gathering the members of the procession, the children of honors and the witnesses in order to prepare the cortege and fix the last details about the ceremony. The celebration can at last begin!!
In a wedding ceremony, is there an additional for the installation of the furniture?
If you envisage to do your ceremony on another venue that this of your reception or your venue of reception doesn’t propose a “wedding ceremony” set price including the necessary material (chairs, table, desk…), you have to plan an “installation and deinstallation” set price of 2€ moreover the rent of the chairs and the furniture of the ceremony.
How does the agency work for the wedding organization ?
Actually, it is very simple!
1st phase: After you have contacting us,

2nd phase: The agency propose you a project, according to your defined wishes in phase 1, liable to your validation. Once the project is confirmed and the deposit is payed, the preparation of your wedding will can then begin.
3rd phase: Your wedding planner will propose to you the best vendors of her address book. They are matching with your defined wishes in phase 1. However, if those vendors did not suit, your wedding planner will go in search to find taht special someone who will match closer your expectations.
4th phase: The agency works with its collaborators to create an atmosphere on the theme you have defined in step 1. If you don’t have any idea about the theme of your wedding, your wedding planner is also there to guiding you to find one! Then, she propose you a moodboard to fall in the universe of your incoming wedding! Also and thanks to her expertise, throughout the preparation, you will be guided, advised, and offloaded of all the stress related to the organization of your wedding. Of course, you will progressively validate all the steps of the preparation before it!
5th phase: Here we are! Your wedding planner accompanies yu all the D-Day, from the preparation of the newlyweds until the bal’s launch! She takes care of everything during you enjoy th e most beautiful day of your life with your close relatives!!
This schedule is the same for the event’s organization!
How does the agency work for the wedding decoration?
Actually, it is very simple!
1st phase: After you have contacting us, the agency will give an initial complimentary consultation (through phone, Skype or face-to-face). This moment will be very important. It will allow to our wedding designer to identify your expectations about the decoration of your wedding…
2nd phase: The agency propose you a project, according to your defined wishes in phase 1, liable to your validation. Once the project is confirmed and the deposit is payed, the preparation of your wedding decoration will be then able to begin.
3rd phase: Your wedding designer proposes you differents moodboards and a 2D/3D building to plan you in the universe of your wedding. She works too with the best vendors for bringing you a real personalizing decoration as you decide in the first phase.
4th phase: Your wedding planner launch all the details of your decoration. According to the allowed budget, she create for you a projected budget by post of decoration and per person. She takes everything in charge after you paid it before. From there, the setting of the differents parts of decoration is able to begin.
5th phase: Here we are! Your wedding designer will install the day before or the morning of the D-Day. She desinstall the decoration after the wedding on the venue of reception and/or ceremony. Let’s go to the party!!
